Health Insurance
Radical Law Firm currently provides group Medical, Vision and Dental benefits for eligible full-time employees, beginning on the first day of the month following 60 days of continuous employment. Radical Law contributes to employees medical coverage between 50% to 100% based on tenure with the firm.
Paid Time Off
Radical Law Firm believes fully in work-life balance. Our Paid Time Off (PTO) is designed to provide employees opportunity for rest, relaxation, illness, and personal pursuits. PTO is available to eligible full-time employees. Employees are eligible for up to 80 hrs per calendar year.

Radical Law Firm offers (7) Paid Holidays per calendar year. They are as follows:

Assists with accounting functions, ensuring precise financial records and timely processing.
Process litigation tasks, including discovery, e-filing, and client communication, across a large caseload.
