Health Insurance
Radical Law Firm currently provides group Medical, Vision and Dental benefits for eligible full-time employees, beginning on the first day of the month following 60 days of continuous employment. Radical Law contributes to employees medical coverage between 50% to 100% based on tenure with the firm.
Paid Time Off
Radical Law Firm believes fully in work-life balance. Our Paid Time Off (PTO) is designed to provide employees opportunity for rest, relaxation, illness, and personal pursuits. PTO is available to eligible full-time employees. Employees are eligible for up to 80 hrs per calendar year.

Represent clients in personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, slip and falls, and workplace injuries.
Assists with accounting functions, ensuring precise financial records and timely processing.
Process litigation tasks, including discovery, e-filing, and client communication, across a large caseload.
Manages personal injury cases, coordinating with clients, adjusters, and medical providers to support legal claims.
The property damage specialist manages the repair process from accident through repair.
Prepares and sends Letters of Representation to insurance companies, and conducts client intakes.
Manages a high-volume front desk by handling calls, scheduling, greeting visitors & maintaining the reception area.
Obtains, reviews, and verifies medical records and related billing information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
